Jenna, I like the idea of using social media to expand ideas and learning, but I’m still so new to them. I sometimes feel a little left behind because my twelve year old students are more tech-savvy than I am. Twitter, face book, and the like are areas that I still wish to explore and learn from. These tools are truly revolutionary and I don’t want to be left out.
Good idea on using twitter. I wonder how we could use this as teachers?
ReplyDeleteI was thinking maybe have it set up so homework updates and other cool things come out, and students can have it as a reminder?
